About Kjell Munch
Kjell Munch (b. 1923–d. 2003) was born at Blommenholm in Norway where he lived his entire life. He was educated as an industrial designer, mainly working with lamps, and worked as such for Christiania Glasmagasin. They produced most of their products at Hadeland Glassworks and Høvik Glassworks. Kjell started taking photos as a hobby, but quickly proved his skills and could take on professional assignments. At his time he was regarded one of the best photographers in Scandinavia to capture objects made of glass.
