Generell avtale om kjøp av kunstverk fra Munchx galleri

Avtalen er mellom opphavspersonen/kunstneren og deg som kjøper. Mellomperson på vegne av kunstner er Christine Munch.

Vi legger ved en avtale/sertifikat, som spesifiserer kunstverket og autentisiteten.

For verket betaler du som kjøper i norske kroner + 5 % kunstavgift til Bildende Kunstneres Hjelpefond. Du mottar fra oss en faktura/kvittering som spesifiserer kjøpet. Når verket er betalt regnes kjøpet som fullbyrdet.

Øvrige vilkår

Utstillingsarrangør/Munchx har ansvar for eventuell skade på eller tap av verket mens dette er i utstillingsarrangørens varetekt. Kjøper bærer risikoen fra det overleveres. Etter overtakelse skal eventuelle klager på kunstverket rettes til kunstner. Du kan gjøre det gjennom Munchx. Dersom verket ikke er betalt innen fristens utløp, vil verket utbys solgt for kjøpers regning og risiko. Dette innebærer at kjøper vil bli gjort ansvarlig for tap utstillingsarrangør og kunstner lider ved manglende oppfyllelse av avtalen. Verk må hentes innen 7 dager med mindre annet er skriftelig avtalt. Hvis ikke tilfaller et månedlig oppbevaringsgebyr på nok 1000. Partene bekrefter at avtale om salg/kjøp er inngått på disse vilkårene. Kunstneren forbeholder seg retten til både copyright, reproduksjonsrett (i farger og sort/hvitt) og salg av reproduksjoner selv etter at et kunstverk er solgt. Kjøperen av kunstverk har ingen rettigheter til å lage reproduksjoner eller kopiere kunstverket.

Vi bestreber oss til å holde nettsiden og informasjonen på denne oppdatert til enhver tid. Feil kan fortsatt forekomme og vi forbeholder oss derfor retten til å løse dem uten at det skal påføre Munchx ekstra kostnader enn dem vi har beregnet. Vi setter stor pris på å bli gjort oppmerksomme på åpenbare feil eller mangler. Og vi vil fikse dem så snart vi kan.

General agreement on the purchase of works of art from Munchx gallery

The agreement is between the author/artist and you, the buyer. The intermediary on behalf of the artist is Christine Munch.

We enclose an agreement/certificate, which specifies the artwork and its authenticity.

For the work, you as the buyer pay in Norwegian kroner + 5% art tax to Bildende Kunstneres Hjelpefond. You receive from us an invoice/receipt specifying the purchase. When the work has been paid for, the purchase is considered complete.

Other terms

The exhibition organizer/Munchx is responsible for any damage to or loss of the work while it is in the exhibition organiser's custody. The buyer bears the risk from the time it is handed over. After taking over, any complaints about the artwork must be addressed to the artist. You can do this through Munchx. If the work has not been paid by the due date, the work will be offered for sale at the buyer's expense and risk. This means that the buyer will be made responsible for losses the exhibition organizer/Munchx and the artist suffer due to non-fulfilment of the agreement. Works must be collected within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If not, a monthly storage fee of NOK 1,000 will accrue. The parties confirm that the sale/purchase agreement has been entered into on these terms. The artist reserves the right to both copyright, reproduction rights (in color and black and white) and the sale of reproductions even after an artwork has been sold. The buyer of artwork has no rights to make reproductions or copy the artwork.

We want to keep the website and the information on it up to date at all times. Errors may still occur and we therefore reserve the right to resolve them without incurring extra costs to Munchx than those we have calculated. We greatly appreciate being made aware of obvious errors or omissions. And we will fix them as soon as we can.
